Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Registered Nurse, RN, is a member of the interdisciplinary team who works together to meet the physical, medical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs of hospice patients and families facing terminal illness and bereavement. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating care, ensuring continuous assessment of each patient's and family's needs, and implementing the interdisciplinary plan of care.
Salary Range: $43-46 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement and full benefits.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with rotation on weekends
