Duties
General Description of Assigned Duties: Responsible for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care.
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age-specific components.
- Coordinates patient care with a focus on education, self-management, and customer satisfaction.
- Administers medications and procedures according to established policies and guidelines.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to influence care outcomes.
- Demonstrates leadership and creative approaches to managing complex client care.
- Proficient in cardiac monitoring and telemetry; able to interpret cardiac rhythms and manage related patient care.
- Maintains current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
