Job Function 1: Patient Assessment; Perform systematic, comprehensive, and accurate assessments. Assess potential discharge needs during the initial assessment process. Monitor effects of medications and treatments and report adverse effects in a timely manner. Assess patient for pain level. Provide appropriate intervention, reassessment, and documentation.
