JOB DETAILS: Ratios: EXPECT 5-6:1 RATIO, can flex up to 7:1 but only in extreme cases. Unit will accept contracts for 13-16 weeks SHIFT: 12 HOUR NIGHTS (biggest need is Mon-Thurs at this time) *36 Hours or 48 Hours can be offered. If Accepting 48 hours, No OT until after 48 hours. ***7 DAYS MAX RTO for AYA AUTO OFFER*** Float Requirement: REQUIRED, YES, Travelers could be required to float to any other med surg unit within the facility to meet staffing needs based on census.
