About the Role

As a Registered Nurse within the Older Persons Mental Health Service, you will deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care to patients and their whānau, working across community and clinical settings.

• Complete comprehensive mental health assessments
• Develop and implement person‑centred care plans
• Support independence, wellbeing, and quality of life
• Manage a varied and meaningful caseload
• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to service development and support students and new staff
