Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (Medical Surgical) provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs. The role focuses on patient assessment, evidence-based interventions, safe medication administration, and effective coordination of care across the care team.
Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status, symptoms, and vital signs to identify changes and clinical priorities.

• Manage post-operative and chronic condition workflows, including wound care and patient education.
