Shift: 7p-7a during the weekend and then 3p-3a every other weekend
Ratios: Days - 1:3, Nights - 1:2-3, Weekends - 1: 2-3. Average Daily Census: 1-2

Is on-call REQ? No.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Must be willing to float to departments outside of OB, to assist with patient care such as helping hands or as a support staff. Agency nurses would not be expected to take an assignment outside of OB. Also comfortable taking low acuity non-OB patients, which we also manage in the OB dept.
