Key Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred care for residents, working alongside their whanau.
• Meet the needs of the resident through interRAI assessments and care planning.
• Ensure residents are the key focus and support their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Assist with individual resident care through nursing roles of assessment, planning, and individualised care.
• Work with families and significant others to provide the best possible care.
• Perform ward duties as required.
• Assist in ensuring quality care is provided.
