Critical Care Float Pool RN Shift: 3x12s Nights Description: Join our Critical Care Float Pool for weekend Day shifts with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity, including: • Neuro ICU • Surgical ICUs • Medical ICUs (MICU x2) • Cardiology/Diagnostics • CVICU • SICU / MICU / NCCU Float Policy: Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity.
