Job Summary:
Provides advanced nursing care in the ICU setting, collaborating with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at restoring patients to optimal health. Oversees and delegates duties to nursing staff and ancillary personnel while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Responsibilities:
