Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Home Health with high volume case loads.
Travel Experience: 1 year of previous Home Health travel experience required. General travel experience is not accepted.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Special Requirements: Recent OASIS experience required. Candidates must take an OASIS exam to be eligible for an interview. Prior to the exam, review the Oasis E11, focusing on Mobility (G-Section, GG Section, and M18).

Territory: Covering LA County with a mileage radius of 5-20 miles.
Mileage: Reimbursement per IRS standard.
