Home Health RN Opportunity

VNA Care is seeking home health registered nurses (RNs) for full-time roles.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. No weekends!

Territory: Framingham, Natick and surrounding towns.

Qualifications: Must hold a valid MA RN license in good standing. Minimum of 1 year of med/surg experience; acute care experience is beneficial. Ability to work with compassion, organization, and excellent multitasking skills. Willingness to travel within a designated territory.

Responsibilities: Conduct home visits to assess patient needs and provide necessary care. Utilize case management, Oasis E documentation, time management, and EMR system, Home Care Home Base. Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
