Kahn 3 Medical Stepdown Fellowship provides experienced RNS with a supportive in depth professional development program focused on high acuity skills


+ Robust 8 week orientation

+ Enrollment in Critical Care Course

+ Enrollment in Cardiac Dysthymia Course

+ Hands on and Group Training

+ Fellowship begins on days and moves to nights at mid point of orientation


Principal Accountabilities:


+ Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.

+ Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.

+ Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.

+ Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.

+ Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.

+ Records patient vital signs and medical information.

+ Performs other related duties...
