Summary The Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) demonstrates proficiency in practice based on conscious and deliberate planning. The RN is self-directed in goal setting for managing complex client situations and is directly responsible to the designated manager in Hemodialysis. The RN is responsible and accountable for the coordination and delivery of quality nursing care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.
