Summary The Community Living Center is a 66-bed facility that provides long term care, hospice, palliative care, rehab, and extended care services to eligible veterans within an Interdisciplinary environment. The CLC Quality Improvement (QI) Nurse is responsible for providing leadership for Patient Care Service in the aspects of assessment, measurement, and process improvement with regards to patient care and unit or service functions. Responsibilities The Nurse II Community Living Center (CLC) Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to assigned residents and oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting.
