Job Summary

This is a contract nursing position for a Registered Nurse/Case Manager at an acute care facility in Torrance, CA. The role involves acute care case management and discharge planning responsibilities. First-time travelers are accepted but must be screened. No floating is required. Patient ratios are : on day shifts. Return-to-office (RTO) restrictions limit assignments to no more than days.

Key Responsibilities

Perform acute care case management and discharge planning activities

Manage patient ratios of : on day shifts

Work every other weekend and be available for holiday assignments

Maintain compliance with RTO restrictions (no more than days per assignment)

Requirements

Minimum years of experience in acute care case management/discharge planning

Current CA state license required (pending license accepted, but must be licensed upon start date)

First-time travelers must be screened
