Permanent part-time position 0.6 FTE, working 48 hours per fortnight.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with referrers, healthcare partners, referred clients, their families/whānau, and the wider community to deliver efficient triage and assessments.
• Facilitate and implement tailored treatment plans that promote health and independence within the community.
• Provide high‑quality care to the growing population of older people in the Bay of Plenty.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years post‑graduate mental health experience, preferably with experience in older person’s mental health.
• Current NZNC registration and Annual Practicing Certificate.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
