**Description**

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting and accountable to the Nurse Manager, Director, the Outpatient Clinical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in an outpatient setting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Assesses patients attending the outpatient clinic to identify the healthcare needs of patients. This may include taking medical histories, medication refills, conducting physical examinations, and performing diagnostic tests.Performs routine medical procedures, such as administering injections, venipuncture, dressing wounds, and taking vital signs.

+ Develops and implements patient care plans in coordination with doctors and other members of the healthcare team. These plans may include medication schedules, wound care instructions, and follow-up appointment details.
