Summary The Registered Nurse - Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the Emergency Department within Nursing, Ambulatory Care provides leadership that supports and enhances the delivery of care for a defined group of patients. Working in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, the ANM is accountable for achieving measurable outcomes at the program or service level. These outcomes should reflect coordinated activities that positively impact both patient care and the work environment for employees. Responsibilities CTVHCS is in the process of making a cultural change, shifting from a disease-focused approach to a health and wellbeing approach, in order to implement the Whole Health System of Care.
