About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Assessment, Treatment & Rehabilitation (AT&R) Unit on a permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting older adults and patients requiring rehabilitation, enabling them to regain function, independence and confidence following illness, injury or surgery.
You will provide comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, and deliver evidence based interventions that support patients physical, emotional and functional wellbeing.
