Registered Nurse – Acutes

Permanent, full‑time and part‑time roles (minimum 0.6 FTE) Rostered shifts Based at 44 Taharoto Rd, Takapuna.

Responsibilities

• Provide short‑term, intensive and responsive services to people who are acutely unwell.
• Perform risk assessment and formulation of risk for individuals in acute community settings.
• Support the acute component of the community‑based mental health team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least two years of mental health experience.
• Excellent communication skills and high levels of energy and enthusiasm.
• Competent in risk assessment and formulation of risk.
• Knowledge of the role and function of a Duly Authorised Officer is an advantage; training can be provided.
• Minimum 0.6 FTE flexibility for rostered shifts.
