Unit Overview
6A is a dedicated medical unit that cares for patients facing a range of challenging health conditions. The patient may arrive with serious surgical issues, such as fractured hips, or they may be recovering from a stroke. Other common conditions include chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), back pain, and urinary tract infections (UTIs).
