We are a trusted provider of secure patient transport, mental health support and complex care services across the UK. Our teams work in partnership with the NHS, police, private healthcare providers, prisons and courts to deliver safe, dignified care for people in vulnerable situations. This includes secure mental health transfers, hospital bedwatch and care in places of safety.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse you will lead and support patient transfers, ensuring safety, dignity and the highest standards of care throughout the journey. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, provide crisis intervention when needed, and be a calm, reassuring presence for those in your care.
