Registered Manager – Care Home

Location: Maidstone

Salary: From £52,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

The Role

• Take full operational responsibility for the running of the service
• Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure delivery of safe, personalised and high-quality care
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within a care or nursing setting
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care best practice
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Passionate commitment to person-centred, high-quality care
