Registered Dietitian (RD)



Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking for a talented and motivated Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.



Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the advanced nutrition of residents. Responsible to manage the nutrition of short term, long term, hospice, and feeding tube residents.


+ RD is expected to review, develop, implement and monitor procedures and current practices of advanced nutrition. must conduct a monthly QAPI to present at the QA Meeting. The QAPI should identify an area needing improvement with a measurab...
