• Provide nutrition expertise in planning, implementing, and evaluating nutrition care, education, and prevention with emphasis on family‑oriented education for patients diagnosed with diabetes and other disease states.
• Consult with inpatients, outpatient primary care patients, and provide telehealth nutrition counseling as needed.
• Provide coverage for Director of Nutrition and Food Services (NFS) supervising food production and storage during leave.
