About the Role

As a Registered Clinical/Health Psychologist, you will provide effective and efficient psychological assessment and treatment to individuals who have renal impairment and their whanau/families in Northland who experience psychological or emotional issues related to their condition, with the aim of assisting them to achieve optimum functioning and well‑being. The successful candidate will also participate as an effective member of the multi‑disciplinary team providing assessment, treatment, consultation and liaison with other services. In this position, you will deliver a proficient and streamlined psychological evaluation and therapy to individuals facing challenges that hinder their capacity to attain optimal functioning and well‑being within the Renal Service.
