**Job Details:**

+ Class: RBT - IDD - CA Shift: 07:00:00 - 15:00:00

**Requirements:**

+ 2 years’ experience in behavioral health services (e.g., TSS/BHT).
+ Completed 40-hour RBT training.
+ Coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field

**Description:**

+ Registered Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 direct service using evidence-based treatments (such as Applied Behavior Analysis – ABA) in family homes, schools, and community settings. They apply individualized treatment while engaging with children and letting their personality shine.
