You will be an Office Manager based in SHL's office in Dubai, supporting the Managing Director and ensuring smooth operation across the Middle East and Africa region.
What Will You Be Doing - Provide executive assistance to the Managing Director
- Oversee multiple priorities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Middle East and Africa region with exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
- Oversee employee-related government transactions across the UAE and KSA, including visas, work permits, residency matters, and regulatory filings
- Liaise with government authorities, embassies, municipalities, chambers of commerce, and relevant ministries
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and advise management accordingly
