A successful Regional Warehouse Manager shall oversee warehouse and warehouse personnel in each ECC location; ensure all supply chain/warehouse/inventory management policies, procedures, systems, & processes are in compliance and consistent throughout ECC; aid in recruitment, hiring, & training of warehouse personnel; new warehouse location setup, organization, segregation, & structure. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of materials handling equipment; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks and the functionality of each; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
