Essential Job Functions - Analyze and evaluate new tender opportunities.
- Manage the entire bid process for selected proposals, bids, and tenders: from strategy calls through tender submission.
- Implement bid strategy in close cooperation with sales, procurement, and management.
- Manage proposal schedules, expectations, and assignments throughout the tender process.
- Review T&C and prepare high-level summary for management.
- Compile technical and commercial response documents.
- Submit RFQ / Tenders through tender platforms.
- Prepare content for and attend bid/proposal client meetings and interviews.
