Job Role Summary: To understand and fully align with product development roadmap developed by SCS GHQ including but not limited to IT solutions To develop solution design capability to support various type of client opportunities brought in by Solution BD team To conceptualize and develop data-driven solution frameworks (e.g., visibility dashboards, performance analytics) that strengthen solution design and regional product enhancement Support Opco with customer implementation process until handover To provide post-Go Live and enhancement support for implemented client accounts, addressing system and product issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. To manage SCS product data repository for effective internal information exchange
