What you’ll be doing:
Build and manage a strong regional learner pipeline Drive Pre-Trade (Level 3) enrolments and regional growth outcomes Lead engagement with secondary schools and community organisations Represent Skills at events, expos, and stakeholder forums Develop and execute regional outreach and engagement plans Lead, coach, and support a team of Growth Advisors Partner with Campus Managers and Sales to align activity with delivery Monitor pipeline performance, reporting, and forecasting Desired Skills and Experience
