Build and manage relationships with contractors, fleet owners, government and large infrastructure clients.
Lead, coach and grow a regional sales team and supervisory layer.
Develop and execute regional marketing plans: product launches, demonstrations and promotional campaigns.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, technical product consultation, negotiation and after-sales coordination.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to inform strategy.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting through CRM.
Requirements
