  • Responsible for building and managing city teams from the ground up, quickly enhancing team business capabilities to achieve team goals.
  • Accountable for business development and operational results in individual cities, using scientific analysis methods to gather information, formulate, and execute operational strategies, continuously improve new onboarding and operational plans.
  • Maintain an end-to-end perspective, quickly identify core frontline issues (BD pain points, merchant pain points, user pain points), promptly communicate feedback to headquarters, integrate resources, and expand business efficiently at low costs.
