We are looking for a **Regional Sales Manager Nordics** to drive commercial success, build high‑performing teams, and lead the Heart Failure business across the region.
**What you will do**
As Regional Sales Manager Nordics, you will:
+ Drive sales revenue, profitability, and market growth across the Heart Failure portfolio in the Nordic region.
+ Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with company targets and market opportunities.
+ Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales organization (4 direct reports), building strong account teams and capabilities.
