Major Responsibilities:
Achieve benchmarks related to sales and customer coverage in line with SFA parameters.
Monitors call planning & execution of team on Prisms, average No. of calls per day by the team, coverage of all the listed doctors of Regional and frequency of visits to A-Class customers. Coaching on quality of PCN and NCO.
Maintain/ increase market share of assigned products in the Regional.
