Regional Sales Manager

This position will be responsible for all regional personnel decisions including training, coaching and development, as well as manage the territory sales representatives and guide their activities while simultaneously coordinating sales strategies. This person will also implement company goals and assist in planning & coordination of sales meetings & training activities.
