The Regional Property Manager is responsible for managing operations and maximizing financial value of a diverse, multi-site residential portfolio o f affordable (LIHTC, HUD Section 8, etc.) apartment communities .
An associate in this position will be assigned by the VP/SVP to manage different properties in a region; this region will be primarily in the state of Florida, but could expand to include other property site locations in other states as well; routine daily/weekly travel to multi-family apartment communities within the assigned portfolio will be required.
