Job Description Performance Analysis & Reporting Prepare reports and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders on overall merchant performance, identifying key trends and growth opportunities. Help track key performance indicators (KPIs), merchant program adoption, and program success metrics across the region. Define and standardize the methodology/definition for key metrics, providing clear analytical direction for local merchant management teams to focus on.
