Regional Product Manager – BPC & UA

Summary:

The Regional Product Manager will be responsible for the Personal Care and urethane Additives Portfolio in the APAC region. He/she works across functions to support the execution of our global and regional strategies for optimized asset load, reduced complexity and sustainable profitability.

The incumbent will optimize the product portfolio and drive efficiency across the region. Utilizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, he/she will enhance capital efficiency and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver market-specific solutions and ensure production efficiency. Additionally, he/she will implement regional pricing strategies, streamline the portfolio, and optimize the raw material strategy to support the segment's growth objectives.
