div h3 Role Overview /h3 p Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations you will take responsibility for varied People casework, providing advice, coaching and support to school leaders on absence management, disciplinary, capability, grievance, restructuring, TUPE and other HR related matters. In addition, you will be involved in People Strategy project work and the delivery of training to school leaders. You will be required to travel to our schools in your region and work alongside school leaders with People casework on a need-to basis in order to enable best outcomes for our schools. This is a hybrid role with flexibility. We are looking for someone to work 36 hours a week, term time plus two weeks (41 weeks). As a busy People function there is an expectation that you can work flexibly to support work in other regions and across the trust as required.
