We are currently recruiting a new Regional Operations Manager (ROM) position in East London & East Anglia.

The Regional Operations Manager is accountable for the performance, culture, and standards across c.125 shops, delivered through a team of Area Operations Managers. As a senior field leader, the ROM sets the pace, establishes a high challenge, high performance culture, and ensures the region is delivering commercial growth, operational excellence, and industry‑leading compliance. This role provides visible leadership, sharp execution, and strategic alignment, ensuring the region consistently raises the bar to win on the high street.
