            Job Responsibilities Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, overseeing daily activities and measuring results against key objectives. 
Lead comprehensive New Product Introduction (NPI) marketing plans and sustain short‑ and long‑range programs to support sales and revenue goals. 
Manage communications, workflow and priorities with regional HQ marketing teams. 
Collaborate with regional and global teams to localize or develop product campaign assets. 
Track and manage the regional marketing budget, driving program execution within budget and maximizing ROI. 
Build and maintain healthy relationships with key retail partners through strategic alignment, leveraging technical and creative marketing skills. 
Coordinate co‑marketing activities with regional distributors, channel partners, agencies, and external partners. 
Plan and execute the company’s participation in regional industry or store events.
