Responsibilities

Sales & Service (Territory)

  • Forecast, set annual sales budget, and monitor expenses within the territory.
  • Explore new and expansion projects, collaborate with local distributors to secure key accounts.
  • Promote products and create awareness among clinicians and laboratory staff.
  • Develop Key Opinion Leaders and keep them informed about company activities.
  • Drive sustainable projects (e.g., Continuing Medical Education) and collaborate with Medical Affairs on local evidence.
  • Provide prompt customer service: respond to complaints, support instrument installations, conduct trainings, troubleshoot.
  • Promote products through demonstrations and presentations to current and potential accounts.
