Job Summary

The Regional Industrial Projects Director, Southeast Asia, leads commercial growth, operational delivery, and financial performance of Industrial Projects. This role manages complex cargo movements, drives sector growth, and builds a high-performing team with full P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the regional Industrial Projects strategy aligned with global goals to drive business growth
• Identify and secure complex project logistics opportunities with EPC contractors, project owners, and industrial clients
• Lead RFQs, tenders, and solution-based sales to win large-scale projects across energy, mining, infrastructure, and renewables sectors
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline targeting key verticals and establish strategic partnerships to expand market presence
