Job Summary: Partner closely with designated business groups and Local Business Units (LBUs), line management and executive teams across all aspects of HR including, leadership succession, talent review, employee relations, staffing, compensation, organization design, resource planning, learning and career development. Support the Director of Human Resources in governance of Local Business Units (LBU) and business groups on people processes ensure adherence to HR Guidelines, Processes and Standards (GPS) and HR frameworks. Provide corporate steer on HR strategy, share expertise, and manage and resolve HR-related matters for targeted segments and key moments that matter.
