The Assistant Manager, Regional Human Capital Management (HCM), supports and drives regional HR initiatives across Company Group subsidiaries in Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO). Working closely with the Senior Manager, HCM, the role contributes to strategic HR frameworks, strengthens regional HR operations, and supports key talent management programmes.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting day‑to‑day regional HR activities, leading cross‑subsidiary initiatives, ensuring robust HR data governance, and providing guidance to regional HR focal points to promote alignment and operational excellence.
