Overview

This post is 12 months Fixed Term. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC), in conjunction with the West of Scotland Regional Alliance for CAMHS, have an exciting opportunity for a suitably skilled and experienced mental health clinician to join our team in delivering a specialist Regional Forensic CAMHS pathway. This service will operate on a Hub & Spoke model, extending across NHS Boards in the West of Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the provision of clinical services for young people up to the age of 18 years with complex high‑risk mental health conditions, including those with forensic profiles and needs and/or in Youth Justice systems with mental health disorders.
• Contribute to effective leadership within the service and, as a senior staff member, contribute to the development of the FCAMHS and Secure Care pathways for the West of Scotland Region.
