Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end logistics process flows remain on track from booking to delivery
• Manage and monitor multiple shipment progress and statuses in parallel
• Maintain accurate shipment trackers, schedules, and documentation records
• Communicate clearly and regularly with customers, overseas teams, manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Provide timely and structured status updates to all relevant stakeholders
• Identify potential risks or delays early and drive corrective actions
• Coordinate shipment consolidation, split shipments, and cargo adjustments when required
• Understand the basic technical aspects of equipment or parts being shipped to support effective coordination and issue resolution
• Support continuous improvement of logistics workflows and tracking processes
